This Mother's Day we are celebrating the arrival of delicious, nutritious fiddleheads, one of our favourite wild edibles of Spring. Along the way we will also be harvesting wild leeks, marsh marigolds, pheasant back mushrooms and nettles. At the same time we will be offering some trail food snacks that will include Wild Nettle Gouda from Mountain Oak Cheese and baguettes from the Downie Street Bakehouse.
